Michaël Dufranne

Michaël Dufranne (he/him) is a Senior UX Researcher with a background in Psychology, who has spent the past 25 years embedding user experience practices into the heart of complex digital organizations. With his company Usable Interface he consults companies such as Luminus, running the full research spectrum. He's also a lecturer at the University of Liège.
