Export Artifacts as Excel or CSV

You can export Artifacts from Condens in Excel (.xlsx) or CSV (.csv) format, making it easy to bring your research outputs into other tools like TheyDo or internal reporting workflows.

While Condens is built to be your central place for working with research data, we know that insights often need to travel. Whether you’re mapping journeys in TheyDo, compiling strategy docs, or creating custom reports, exporting Artifacts gives you the flexibility to:

  • Bring insights into tools like TheyDo for journey mapping and opportunity tracking

  • Share research with stakeholders who prefer spreadsheets or need raw data access

  • Build reports in Excel or Google Sheets based on your Condens findings.

How to export Condens Artifacts

Head to the Artifacts section in any of your Projects and look for the icon located between the search bar and the Create Artifact button. Once you click this icon, select between downloading the Artifacts in either Excel or CSV format.

Any sorting or filtering options you apply to the Artifacts you're currently viewing will also apply to your export.
