The State of AI in UXR

We’ve seen a lot of what AI is capable of over the past couple years. Many tools have come out with new AI features, and we've had the chance to test them out.

Now it's time to discuss what we've learned and experienced!

Join us for a delightfully thoughtful discussion between Kate Moran (VP of Research & Content @Nielsen Norman Group) and Alexander Knoll (CEO @Condens) about where AI is actually helpful, and where it's just hype.

Our Speakers

Kate Moran

Kate is a globally recognized UX expert who shapes digital experience best practices. She's worked in experience design since 2010 (15+ years), and regularly conducts research on AI, user behavior, information seeking, and content (among other things). As the Vice President of Research and Content at Nielsen Norman Group, Kate oversees the collection and distribution of knowledge and best practices that become the industry standard.

Alex Knoll

Alex is one of the founders of Condens. He started his career as a product manager at a high-tech startup in the indoor maps and navigation space. He then interviewed more than 160 UX Researchers from around the world to identify pain points and find opportunities for improving research processes. This led him to founding Condens. Alex is particularly passionate for Research Ops and creating effective Product teams. He is a speaker on UX Research events and organizes the UX Research Meetup events in Munich, Germany.
